Hi y’all,

So, I’m going to give this LJ thing another try. Mostly because I have some time now, but also because I want to tell you about Skyblue’s visit. I MISS HER SO MUCH! We had a great time, and I was thrilled to have her here. And hey, she was willing to come to Texas in the (almost) summer heat. I feel loved.

Anyhow, we visited Austin, and the Tower of America, and Fredricksburg (a tiny little German town) and ate at a number of great restaurants and watched a ton of Supernatural and saw Iron Man twice and lost about a dozen room keys. And I was so happy to get to spend so much time with my Skyblue, and I wish she’d come back. :(

We also talked a lot about Supernatural Wincest, and came up with a backstory for Sam and Dean. I’m not sure if I’ll write any fics for it or not, but I will at least draw up some Iron Man fan art. You see, I’ve become an Iron Man addict (and I have a HUGE crush on RDJ), and will probably be keeping everyone up to date on the comics that I’ll be getting soon. So prepare to be annoyed.



Anyway, I had a great, great time. Come back to me, Skyblue!

I'm sure I'll be out to the Bay to see you guys. I'm not sure when exactly, but sometime in the forseeable future. And I definitly want to hang out with you again. I'm working my way through season 2 of Supernatural (except, I'm waiting to watch further episodes with Sky on Skype), and I totally want to watch with you too!

Yay Iron Man a lot! I'm probably going to end up seeing it again tomorrow with Jack and my dad. I'm so damn obsessed.

Awwww, honey. :( I miss you sooooooo much. I want to be back in TX with youuuu! Or, have you here with me! Either would be good with me. I had such a good time, and it was so amazing (heh) spending time with you. We have to plan another trip soonest. I'll be posting about our visit in my lj soon as well, because it was SO FUN. Full of Nightswimming moments, yes?

And, btw, you ARE loved. Very, very much. *snuggles you*

Hee, I love your RDJ photo. Yes, he really is that cute, although even cuter in Ironman, what with the wrinkles and the facial hair (!) and the nipple shirt. *drools*

Oh, on the plane ride home I wrote about five pages of *ridiculously* angsty and overwrought Sam POV. I doubt I'll ever post it because I think it was much more a reflection of my state of mind than actual worthwhile fanfic, but I'll take another look at it soon and see if it's as cringeworthy as I remember.

Older RDJ *is* more attractive, but I thought this picture was just too darling to pass up. Ignore the pen and he looks like he's popping up in the middle of a game of hide and seek. :) Still, needs more nipple shirt action.

If you don't want to post your fic, I understand, but I doubt it could be bad. You're such a rediculously good writer - if I didn't love you so much, I'd be jealous. Anyway, I'd be honored to read it, though if you want to keep it private, I understand that too. I'm not sure I could show anyone that torment fic I wrote a couple months ago.

Yep, Austin is a great place. I'd love to see more of it, since Sky and I pretty much stuck to 6th street (and 6th street is best at night). Despite living less than 2 hours from, I've been there only twice in 11 years.

6th street is way fun. I hung out at some great places there. I love that pic of Hugh I use for my icon. He looks very happy and confident in it. Hey, did you and Sky read my Jeeves and Wooster wank!fic yet?
