I love the role-reversal, and Jim being all giddy and delighted that he gets to try out the medical equipment. And the exchange about how Bones' fever isn't high enough to accurately convey his suffering! And Jim's genuine and sweet offer to get Bones juice or toast - I love it when Jim tries to be the caretaker. So adorable! And of course, I love everything about the final conversation, how Jim counters each one of Bones' complaints completely legitimate worries and then they cuddle.
